Shokat Projects

Zoe Allen is the founder of Shokat Projects, a multi-media production company featuring collaboration between musical and visual artists. From her perspective as a singer, Zoe sought a performance space for artists to create and communicate across disciplines. Thus, Shokat Projects was borne from an inaugural event, HOTEL: A CONCERT EXHIBITION in the Ojai Valley, a project in which three visual artists were commissioned to create paintings based on three song cycles by different composers, in collaboration with The Ojai Music Festival and Porch Gallery.
